Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“You”, “your”, “User”, or “Customer”) and GetVirtualAI, a subsidiary of TechSpanQA Inc. (“GetVirtualAI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) regarding the use of our virtual AI receptionist services and any related tools, integrations, platforms, or products (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, You agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
You accept these Terms and Conditions by doing any of the following:
Providing electronic consent on getvirtualai.com or any of our subdomains;
Registering for our Services via our website or authorized representatives;
Using our Services in any manner after viewing or receiving these Terms.
By accepting this Agreement, You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you are acting on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
2. SERVICE CONFIRMATION
Once you register and accept these terms, GetVirtualAI will send an email confirming:
Acceptance of your service order;
Activation of your trial or subscription plan;
Creation of your account and Service start date.
We reserve the right to verify any account for fraudulent activity and may suspend or cancel any suspected fraudulent accounts without notice.
3. TERM OF AGREEMENT
Your agreement begins once Services are activated, either as part of a Free Trial or a Paid Plan.
Free Trial plans may be limited to a specified number of minutes or days (e.g., 30 days or 200 minutes).
After your trial ends, the Service converts to a paid monthly plan unless canceled.
This agreement renews month-to-month unless canceled by either party.
You may cancel at any time, but you will remain responsible for the current billing cycle and any usage fees incurred.
4. PAYMENTS AND BILLING
You must provide a valid payment method during registration.
We accept most major credit cards and may support alternate payment options upon request.
Monthly billing will begin after the Free Trial (if applicable) and continue until cancellation.
If your payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend your account after multiple failed attempts.
We will attempt to collect payment as follows:
2nd attempt: after 1 day
3rd attempt: after 7 days
Final attempt: after 14 days
Failure to resolve billing issues may result in account cancellation and loss of your virtual number(s).
5. PRICING AND FEES
A Setup Fee may apply depending on your chosen plan.
Monthly Base Fees are charged according to the Service Plan you select.
Usage is billed per second, without rounding.
Overage Fees may apply if you exceed your monthly minutes.
Additional charges may apply for optional features or integrations (“Supplemental Services”).
Supplemental Services include but are not limited to:
Custom call routing
Long-distance or international forwarding
Integrations with external CRMs or booking systems
Add-ons or premium features
All pricing is outlined on our Pricing Page (coming soon).
We reserve the right to update pricing, billing practices, and feature availability without notice.
6. USAGE & FAIR POLICY
To maintain optimal service quality for all customers, GetVirtualAI reserves the right to:
Limit or restrict usage beyond reasonable thresholds;
Request advance notice of anticipated high call volume or traffic spikes;
Suspend service if usage violates our policies or terms.
7. TERMINATION & CANCELLATION
You may cancel your Service at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:
You will be billed for the current month in full.
Access to your virtual number or AI receptionist may be revoked.
We may attempt to notify you via email before cancellation.
